Wellness Visit

This appointment is for members of Seeds and Sprouts. This includes an ozone insufflation, if desired, as well as 24/7 access to practitioner via text, phone, or email.

Sick Visit

This is an in-home sick visit. Visits last from 30-45 minutes. May include services like flu, strep, or covid testing. We can also test for UTIs. Members have ozone insufflations included and non-members have the option of adding ozone insufflations. Members have ozone insufflations included and non-members have the option of adding ozone insufflations. If your child is having breathing distress (grunting with breathing, retractions, nasal flarings) it is more appropriate to go to urgent care of the emergency room as I do not have modalities to help.

Medical Services

These appointments focus on services that are add-ons to regualar appointments or may be stand alones such as ozone insufflations and sports physicals.

Functional Medicine

These appointments are for children wanting a deeper dive into allergies, asthma, anxiety, ADHD, and/or eczema. These appointments last about an hour. Follow ups can be virtual. Please plan on labs and gut microbiome analysis will be recommended and are separate costs.

Heather Gallagher APRN, CPNP-PC

Heather has been working in the field of nursing since 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. As a pediatric nurse practitioner, Heather has experience in urgent care, primary care, and functional medicine, allowing her to care for children across a wide spectrum of health needs.

Heather is currently pursuing certification through the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and has completed extensive training in functional medicine through both A4M and the Institute for Functional Medicine. She has completed training, and continues to be a member of Healthy Kids Happy Kids Practitioner Membership program, created by Dr. Elisa Song, a nationally recognized integrative pediatrician and pioneer in integrative children’s health.

As the owner of Seeds & Sprouts Pediatrics, Heather’s greatest passion is building meaningful relationships with children and their parents. She believes true health is achieved by working together to uncover root causes and help families not just survive, but truly thrive in today’s increasingly toxic world.
